🔥 The Problem With Team Workouts

If we were all robots team workouts would be effective

Stuff everyone together, plug in the one size fits all program, and poof, everyone succeeds

The truth is that every athlete is different-very different

For a program to be effective it has to be specific for YOU, not a giant group

A good program accounts for your training age, injury history, sport, position, age and history within the sport and position, progressions, regressions, strengths, weaknesses, and even your personality which factors HEAVILY into what you the athlete respond to and DON’T-all of which is an ever evolving process!

Cookie cutter “programs” are convenient for coaches, but fall far short of getting athletes the RESULTS they need
