Here’s the 3 things Dylan did to go from stuck at 80-81 for the past 2 years, to jumping to 88-89 in just 2 months of training with us!

1ļøāƒ£ He gained weight and strength

With his new nutritional plan he gained a full 14 lbs of lean muscle in just 2 months, and his strength shot up with it. F= MxA, and a bigger version of YOU will throw 5oz harder than YOU used to throw it!

2ļøāƒ£ His mindset shifted

When he started he had a lot of excuses about why he’d been stuck at 80-81 for so long. We discussed with him that his self image had to shift-he had to see himself as someone who has could become great-not as his current self who made excuses and was stuck throwing 81. Once his self image improved, he stopped making excuses, and began executing daily. Nothing works without application!

3ļøāƒ£ He started a throwing program built for HIM

Like so many baseball kids he’d been stuck in the endless cycle of expensive camps, showcases, and tournaments, hoping someone somewhere would recruit him. We had to explain to him the reason he wasn’t recruited wasn’t lack of ā€œexposureā€- the reason was he was throwing 81. With a high school arm, no COLLEGE was going to want him. He needed a dedicated period of getting away from all the endless pitch pitch pitch tournament tournament tournament, and instead build velocity. We constructed a throwing plan that accounted for his specific strengths and weaknesses, and with his size and strength gains, he began hitting steady PR’s throughout each new throwing block!

A massive size and strength jump, an individualized throwing plan, and new mindset: up 7 mph and now giving himself a real shot at his baseball dreams!!
