On your iPhone go to settings -> screen time -> see all activity

If you’re the average American teenager, you’re spending 7 hours and 22 minutes a DAY on your phone

Lost on IG reels and Clash Royale all day, while accomplishing little to nothing in the actual real world

So you do have the time. You’re not actually “busy” whatsoever

Your problem isn’t time, it’s application

You can watch marketing reels about this arm slot and that bat path and flexibility and yoga and towel drills, but it’s all just hypothetical until you actually take action and do 2 things:

1️⃣ Understand the CORRECT work to do

2️⃣ Execute on it NO MATTER WHAT

You can have results, or you can have excuses.
