“I Work Out on My Own”

“I work out on my own”

Good. You take initiative. You’re not just sitting on your couch thinking it’ll “just happen”

But don’t lie to yourself thinking you’re going to reach your potential doing it on your own.

There’s simply no way you’re going to know enough about means, methods, periodization, energy systems, and experiential knowledge, to get the results you need

Even if you had the 15-20 years of degrees, certifications and knowledge: how is it possible to coach YOURSELF??

You will always require an outside facilitator to recognize what you need to change, and teach you how to implement it!
