Control what you can control

The hardest thing many athletes struggle with is their focus

They get stuck in a cycle of worrying about all the things they can’t control:

Who else the organization might sign

How so and so is doing

What coach thinks of them

Rooting even for their own teammates to fail, in order to get opportunity for themselves

Worrying about all the things you can’t control makes you bitter, and only serves to add pressure and anxiety

The ONLY path-become UNDENIABLE yourself!!
